Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong financial quantitative, Linux OS, and C/C++ skills. The ideal candidate will have either significant work experience in financial engineering or a relevant quantitative background. Primary responsibilities include utilizing/developing scientific/numeric libraries to program complex algorithms, expand back testing systems, and enhance analytical content/reports. Additional responsibilities include facilitation of program integration, Linux tool development, and profiling/optimization.
Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of Python language
Expertise with Linux real-time OS
Expertise in scientific/numeric programming (Scipy, Numpy)
Quantitative Finance Experience and/or similar quantitative-oriented degree
Strong system development skills (C/C++)
Familiarity with application testing practices
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Bonus Skills
Experience with C#
Database development
OpenCL/Cuda Experience
Experience with R
