Reporting Manager's Role: Location Head - Mumbai
Job Description :1. Plan and deliver training courses personally.
2. Assess relevant training needs for assigned businesses, in consultation
with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement
systems entailed.
3. Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required
by businesses for effective performance, and circulate requirements and
relevant information to the organisation as appropriate.
4. Produce business strategy and plans to meet training and development
needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as
necessary.
5. Support designing of training courses and programmes necessary to meet
training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s).
6. Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies,
agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to
appropriate standards.
7. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.

8. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand
all necessary aspects and needs of training and development, and to ensure
they are fully informed of training and development objectives, purposes
and achievements
9. Engage and influence units in driving Training and Development
initiatives
10. Design, Plan and execute specific unit requirements including Domain
and Skill certification
11. Roll out and Drive Training need analysis
12. Drive and support MDP initiatives
13. Preparing MIS and driving key metrics for the units assigned

Knowledge/Experience:
Competencies/Skills: Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly
demanding environment. Ability to take ownership and multi task.
Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills both written & verbal
Analytical ability to analyze the available data & provide informative MIS
to the units

Qualifications:
Essential: Masters in Human Resources
Desirable: Certification on Training programs
