· 12 to 20 years of IT experience in program management of huge engagements
· Needs to travel to Saudi for 1 year duration.
· 3 to 5 years of BFSI experience
· Helping prepare and attend Steering committee/governance meetings
· Status reporting at program level
· Preparation and Maintenance of Integrated Project Schedule
· Identification and management of critical path
· Creating and managing program WBS with deliverables, RASIC and timelines
· Coordination for timely review and approval of deliverables
· Acceptance criteria setup for each deliverable
· Overall Program budget - components, split across years etc
· Estimation for different components
· Identify and Manage Program dependencies, Risks, Assumptions and Issues
· Periodic review of DAIR with stakeholders
· Execution, compliance and control (through reviews , Audits) of processes
· Vendor management
· Reporting from vendors on contractual commitments
